James Schreiber is a strategic technical leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in product development, industrial and manufacturing environments. He specializes in electromechanical testing, instrumentation, and the development of integrated automated test equipment (ATE) systems.

 

Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Marathon Electric, James is also pursuing an MBA with an advanced business strategy using AI and analytics specialty from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). As a professional, James thrives on connecting theory to practice to serve the organization with optimized production test systems and operate a world-class accredited laboratory. His graduate studies add a new dimension to his data analysis toolset and reinforce his leadership approach.

 

James aims to complete his MBA by May 2027 while continuing to enjoy time with his family exploring the lakes, woods, and wide-open spaces of Wisconsin and beyond.
