Accessories Test Lab

Milwaukee brought me on to transform Accessories testing from a part-time subgroup within the tools lab to be a fully equipped and staffed standalone lab. I led design and build/procurement of data acquisition systems, test fixturing, and automated test stands. To handle capacity growth to a three-shift operation, I recruited and developed a staff of technicians and operators. Facilities needs were met by converting a 16,000 sq-ft office building into dedicated Accessories Test Lab. The layout and mechanical/electrical design were my specification and construction oversight was a collaboration with headquarters facilities management.
